Hi there,I would like add tags in mailchimp according the client answer at a checkbox question from Google Form.The client can check all boxes or only several of them.On Zapier, when i extract the google form, for this checkbox question i obtain a text with coma.I would like add a tag for each box checked.Exemple to be more clear:ON GOOGLE FORM, the client selectedA1A2A8A12ON ZAPIER EXTRACT, i have these answere in one text, like this : A1, A2, A8, A12I want add tag in Mailchimp for this client with all answere he gave:He aswered A1 => i want add the tag AM1 on Mailchimp+He aswered A2 => AM2 on Mailchimp…But an other client can anwser A4, A7, A12. I am creating an interface with a query function for my users. The user enters what they want to find into a field and then the associated Zap finds the data in the source Zapier Table and then puts the results in a Table that is displayed to the user. I’ve got this working, however, all new query requests have the query results added to the bottom on the display table. So, I either need to add the results to the top of the display table, clear the display table or some other option I haven’t thought of so that the user sees their query results displayed back to them (without having to scroll down to find them).Any ideas?Thanks!!!Query screen with results shown; additional queries do no change rows shown
There is no Telegram integration on Zapier. However, according to the Zapier website (link below) the BotAtBot integration will connect to Telegram.https://zapier.com/apps/botatbot/helpHowever, when I go digging, it requires me to create a BotAtBot account, which directs me to a website that’s arabic language and doesn't appear to be BotAtBot, but something else. Anyway, I’m wondering if anyone here has attempted a simple telegram bot integration? I’d like to send a simple notification to a specific chat group.
We are trying the free version of Zapier to evaluate a POC with specific use cases. As a part of that , we are currently stuck with not able to connect to our AWS RDS instance. Since we are running on tight schedules reaching out for help. Can you please let us know if AWS RDS integration is available in the free version of Zapier? I have a zap that formats entries from a form to match the drop down selecting in my ClickUp task. I set up the look up tables and have confirmed they match but i’m getting this error message when I test the zap. I remove the output from the dropdown field and the error goes away. Can’t figure out what the issue is. my look up tablethe actionerror message
Hi. I am having problems with a charity Instagram to Discord Zap. I am trying to send pictures from the Instagram page of a scout group to a discord page. I have the link working and it sends over fine and the picture appears in the selected discord channel, it is only displayed for around a second before reverting to a web link however. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks Glen
i’m trying to post on Discord some text from an rss feed.i have multiple channels and i don’t know why for some channels the integration (and the webhook) works, for others no.Its says: Invalid Webhook Token - code 50027Ok but why for some channel the token is wrong and for others works fine?(Zapier with full permissions)
I am trying to send NPS survey results from Pendo to Slack, using Zapier. Unfortunately, the way that we had to build our Pendo instance means that we have multiple rows per user ID, some that have the NPS survey results and some that do not. Because of this, I need ALL rows from the visitor report in Pendo to go to Zapier and then I can filter out the ones that I don’t need. The deduplication is currently only sending me one result per visitor ID and it usually is one that does not include the NPS survey result, which isn’t what we want. Is there a workaround or some feature that I am not aware of? I saw some people using google sheets as a middle step and was going to try testing that out. Let me know if anyone has any other ideas!
Hi there,I’ve created a Zap that takes numeric data from Google Sheets that uses the Formatter to convert that number to alphabetical information. This seems to be working fine, but I am running into a problem with the Action.That alphabetical information determined by the formatter is then meant to be applied to Convertkit as a tag, ex: “Maintainer”. When I make a selection from Tag>Custom>Output “Numbers in formatter by Zapier”, and test the action I get a 404 erroroutput selection from the Formattercustom “Maintainer” tag intended integrate to convertkitI’ve tried successfully to run this same Zap but selecting a regular Tag without error.This works!Why am I running into an error when adding a Custom Tag?

There is a ask to create a webhook for each customer where we can POST JSON based alert messages . Any alert posted to this customer specific. webhook url should be consumable by their internal notification systems(Slack/Jira etc). Thus I want to ask if:It is feasible to create such a single webhook for each customer via Japier or we need to create a webhook separately for each of their internal systems? How is the security aspect taken care of while posting a POST msg with our payload to Japier created customer specific webhook. Is there. a rate limit on the number of webhook messages we can post to such a webhook?I know these seem like basic questions but answering them would help us make the decision
Hey,So I was using the pro free trial version of Zapier through Nov 27-Dec 27 and I had no errors as shown in the title, I activated my ‘starter’ membership today at 750 zaps. As soon as I started playing my Zaps the exact one as I did a month earlier I started receiving this error. “Failed to create a request in Scrape-It.Cloud Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).” I am not an expert when it comes to computers and wanted to ask if this is because my membership is the starter and during the trial period I had the pro membership or is it from Scrape it Cloud side. Finally does anyone have a solution?Thank you.

Hello, I have multiple subscriptions through MemberPress and will be looking to continue to grow them. Currently I have a zap connecting MemberPress to Brevo. My issue is that only one membership ID is pulling through from MemberPress, even when users have purchased multiple subscriptions. For example, if someone buys product A and B, then their membership ID only shows as A. I need it to show A, B. Is this possible to do? Do I need something custom?Thanks for any help!Claire
I'm creating a zap from my Knack database. My Knack database has a form to enter new dispatched loads for my driver's. Each record has driver pay info. My drivers are Vendors in QuickBooks Online and get paid at the end of the week for all loads done that week.So I wanted to create a zap that looks for all records that were added in the week for each driver, and then create a single Bill for each driver (Vendor). Each drivers bill would have multiple line items (each line item is a load pay record from Knack.)So the in QuickBooks I would have 1 bill for Driver A. Line item 1: Load #1234, $100. Line item 2: Load #6789, $500, etc etc. And the final bill total would be the total amount I need to pay him for the loads he did that week.I'm stuck on making that zap happen. How do I get multiple database records that don't have any connection to each other combine onto a single Bill as multiple line items? Help!! Thanks

We currently use the “Create Document from Template” Google Doc Action to create a document from a template and replace placeholder variables. We replace some of the placeholder variables with URLs. Currently, these URLs show up in the doc as as unlinked plain-text. We’d like the ability to hyperlink them.
I’m trying to create a Zap with ‘Facebook Offline Conversions’ action but the offline events set just doesn’t appear, and I don’t know why. I couldn’t find a pattern in these occurrences. This happens randomly, some sets appear and other’s don’t.I don’t think that is a problem with the connection of my Facebook account, because I tried to reconnect my account multiple times and still facing the same issue. I also asked to a coworker to create the zap that I need to create and he couldn’t for the same reason. Is anyone here having the same problem?

We are running a campaign through Freshsales Suit:Send an email with the link to place an order or schedule a call If a meeting is scheduled(Calendly), the contact will exit the campaign I will get Zapier to update the custom field of the contact and then set a condition in the campaign, once the condition is met (in this case, scheduling a meeting), they exit If a contact places the order, they exit the campaign This is the part that I am not sure how to achieve. I thought of getting the order data on a google sheet and let Zapier update Freshsales contact based on the information in the sheet. Then similar to the meeting, set condition. Is there a better way to achieve this through Zapier ?
I have a Zap set up to save an attachment to a specific folder. I have noticed that my tasks limit runs out way before I expect it to. The way it works is this: every time I send an invoice, my invoicing software auto bcc’s it to me. When Zapier sees the attachment (always subject beginning “Invoice: xxx”), it saves it. This month, I’ve issued 17 invoices. So why does Zapier tell me that the Zap’s been activated 32 times? How can I check exactly what it’s done, to troubleshoot?Alternatively, I could change the trigger – but how do i tell it to look out for any PDF attachment with a three digit number? My invoices are, for example, just called 852.pdf, and I can’t change that.Thanks
i am quire new to this i create the Facebook web form and it connect to zapier now i need to send those leads to a vicidialis there some kind of guide or instruction on posting to vicidial from zapier the link is working but it does not seem to replace the variable in the URLso i get an error like said invalid phone length and when i get those not passing the number over to vicidial please let me know if you need anything else
