I am new to Zapier and currently trying to setup a Zap to pull tasks from salesforce, filter them by tasks assigned to me, and then create google tasks from them so that they show up in my calendar. I was able to get the Zap to work but it is creating google tasks for me for salesforce tasks assigned to other people in my organization. I am attempting to create a filter in Zapier but do not see the “Assigned To” field as an option...any advice?
Hi all! I created this Zap to record each time when a Chatbot user in interfaces uses the “copy text” button. I am pushing this data into a Zapier table. However, even though I have used the “copy text” button numerous times, the Zap has 0 history of runs, and there is no data in the Zapier table. Could this be a bug or am I missing a step? All the fields are inputted correctly, and the test works.
I’m creating Multiple Spreadsheet rows in Google Sheets from a Xero invoice. If the quantity is left blank, I’m trying to return a ‘0’ in the Google Sheet, but can’t seem to make it work. Hello,I am new to Zapier and I am hoping someone in the community can answer a few questions for me regarding automating the process of creating a Sales Receipt in QBO once a donation has been processed in Giving Fuel.I am a bookkeeper and support a non profit who receives donations via giving fuel. Donations can be made one time or can be set up on a recurring basis. The donor selects the department in which they want to support, enters their personal and payment information and submits their donation. Giving Fuel is the app used to manage the donation page and donor management tools. Giving Fuel creates daily pay out reports that includes a summary list of all donations included in the total given for the day. I open the daily report and manually create a customer profile is the person is not currently in the customer list and or create a sales receipt to reflect the donation received.The step I am looking to automate is creating a sales receipt in QuickBooks Online for every don
I’m a developer supporting multiple teams, and tracking my work has become a massive undertaking. I am assigned tasks across multiple Monday boards, but Monday does not offer an out-of-box option for viewing all of my work in one (KanBan) board..I correspond with coworkers via Slack, but my cross-functional work requires that communication is spread across many different Slack channels. I struggle with ADHD and desperately need a way to aggregate all of my work into a single source of truth. I am using a standard New Order Item in Zakeke action that gets triggered whenever my Zakeke-enabled Shopify store generates an order. When I first established the zap, the orders were triggering correctly. and the zap ran. At some point, I unpublished my product on Zakeke, made some changes to both my zap and my Zakeke product, and then republished the Zakeke product. Now new order triggers are not being seen by the zap. What comes after the New Order in Zakeke action is immaterial because the zap never makes it that far.I tried reconnecting the zap to my Zakeke account. I tried resetting the Client Id and Secret key. Nothing works. When I test the connection, I can see orders from before the unpublish/republish sequence. But the new orders don’t show up for testing the zap. So they don’t trigger the zap AND Zapier can’t even see them in testing mode.

I created an admin user with 2FA on the magento side, but when I try to connect I see the following error-message. authentication failed: The app returned "Please use the 2fa provider-specific endpoints to obtain a token.". I set up a Zap with the Tumblr trigger of “New Tagged Post.” As I understand it, this should trigger if a post is created with a specific tag. Does this only work for completely new posts, or can it be set up to trigger if someone reblogs a post and adds a certain tag?
Good day,We have a zap that was connected to WordPress but we encountered some problems which lead us to reconnect and delete the connection. Now, we are trying connect back WordPress to Zapier but the new window to log in just keeps on loading. We already have the Zapier plug in installed to WordPress too. I am testing out code by Zapier for the first time just to learn how to use it. The javascript code I used in the “code by Zapier” step was a single line just 65 characters long:output = [{firstThreeLetters: inputData.subject.substring(0,3)}];When I tested the code the runtime_meta showed that the value for memory_used_mb was 62. My question is this:What is the unit of measure for the 62? Is it Megabyes as the name implies or is it actually Kilobytes? Reason tells me that for the small amount of code I wrote, the unit of measure is most likely Kilobytes. Can anybody confirm that it actually is Kilobytes? Is there any documentation saying what the unit of measure is? Thanks ahead of time.

Basically, I am trying to format data with Zapier formatter from Calendly data input. I’m trying to do a basic split text between a COMMA. It reads like “Selling a property, Notes” While “Notes” are dynamic and will constantly change based on user input, the COMMA will always be there but for some reason I can’t make formatter output just “Selling a property” which i want to use for a tag on FUB. Shouldn’t it be pretty simple to split a line into two from a comma? Formatter only ever outputs NOTHING or both items but it’s unusable. Hopefully this was clearly articulated..
I am using a code step to make an HTTP request to a private API, but when I test within Zapier, I’m unable to view the response body in the console logs.The request is working as intended (I’m verifying this from within the API host, which is receiving the request and returning data) and Zapier isn’t throwing an error, the console log is just empty when I try to log the response object. I’m unable to access any of the datapoints in the JSON as well.I’ve tried this with both javascript and python and I’m having the same issue with both.The response body is only about 120kb in size, so nowhere near the 6mb limit that I know Zapier imposes, and I’m only testing so far, so no way it’s a rate limit issue. Has anybody run into this before and found a solution?
Hi everyone! I’m having some issues with the Facebook Conversions API. Zapier is definitely sending events to FB, and FB is receiving them but the Facebook event manager says: “Event Match Quality: Poor” 😓 I’ve been trying to figure out why, as it looks like I’m sending the necessary information to FB. Reading through the conversions API documentation, I noticed two things in particular:Hashing required - Zapier says they handle this “Convert all characters to lowercase.” I’m not currently doing this on my Zapier action. Do I need to for the hash to be correct?
Hello!I am still new to using Zapier and learning the ropes, so I’m hoping someone has the know how to get me through this roadblock. I am trying to set up a Zap that will create a new Trello card when a new ticket has been submitted to Mojo. I have the zap mostly working, however I am trying to display screenshot information that is listed in the description of a Mojo ticket. There are times where we have actual attachments in tickets, but they are mainly screenshots.This is what is displayed once the Trello card is created (note the broken link). Is there anything else I can do to have this info displayed in the Trello card?Any help is much appreciated!
I have a shopify store, and when there is a new purchase made I would like to have an alert populate on stream pulling the customer name into the animation that shows the purchase.I have tried StreamAlerts which is a Shopify connected app but it consistently has issues and stops working.How do I have create a path with Zap to pull the new sale from Shopify to trigger an alert for that item and then that alert populate on a live stream? I just joined a new teamspace as a member. I was able to connect my account on Zapier and in Notion, it shows me the “connection” being made to Zapier. Zapier has access to that page. I found this forum and I didn’t really have a takeaway to implement from here to make it work. I have reset my connection and I keep running into the same issue.
Hello! Any guidance or advice on how to properly integrate Salesforce and Eventzilla using Zapier would be much appreciated. Basically I’m trying to update a field in an existing campaign in SF whenever a campaign in Eventzilla under the same name is created. Then whenever someone registers for the event in Eventzilla, the person is added as a contact/lead (if existing) as a campaign member to that particular campaign that was found before under the status: registered. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

HI I am trying to configure Zapier to send a slack message when : A new task is created in Zoho Projects. While creating an authorisaton in zapier, it is asking for the Zoho projects Portal name and I am adding it, but after that there is no response and it still says that zoho projects in not authorised. Hello!I want to use Zapier to get data from Hubspot and share it to Linkedin, but the problem is that Zapier can't get the specific data that I want to share on Linkedin. For example, I want to get data from Hubsput, Sales > deals pipeline number 7 that I sign new contracts with new customers, and share it to Linkedin, but Zapier doesn't get any data at all from my Hubspot when I use Hubspot as a Trigger and Linkedin as Action. is there any solution? Hi, I’m trying to set up a zap where if someone fills out a google form the respondent’s email is added to an already existing google calendar event. I got everything connected. In the Google meets part at the Attendee/s field I have 2 options that seem like email addresses. One is called Email. I have it populated with a test signup I made. If I use this feeld it doesn’t add new emails when I complete the google form. There’s another field that is Respondent Email. If I try to use this Zapier shows no data and adds an error message when testing :”attendees No data to show for this record” What can I do could you help please?
I have a zap that adds a person to my converkit when a lead schedules a discovery call. I want it to also add a tag to them. I don’t understand why it’s asking for their name in this draft?
Hi, I know that I can get texting services to use with Zapier. My question here is if I do not have a texting service such Textly, can I still have zapier send me a text to my personal number when a new lead comes in? Thanks
