hello all,Im trying to make automation that searching in exist and full google sheet specific name with specific parameters that i will give and send the specific name that he find to new sheet(this part i know hot to do)for example: i have a sheet that have:Name, year of birth, starting month and gender.and i what that in the end of May let say.. I’m trying to create a Zap that takes a Gravity Form (in this case a wholesale order form), and looks on Xero (my accounting software) for that contact. If it finds the contact it needs to create an invoice for the contact; if it doesn’t find the contact then it needs to create the contact and then create an invoice.But I’m getting stuck on the Find or Create contact stage. When I test it, it says ‘No property or field 'xxxx' exists in type 'Contact' (where xxxx is the name of the contact). But I can’t work out what to do to solve this…Can anyone help?
I have two Zaps that use Google Tasks and they both turn off automatically after they run just once. I get this email that shows there are no errors, and in the Zap history, there are no errors. Can someone help me figure out why this Zap is turning off automatically and how to prevent it?
Hello guys,I have been using tags in asana to trigger an action in Zapier, however, I keep seeing tags dissappear in Asana which makes it challenging. Upon checking with Asana, they tell me they now use Custom fields instead of tags. Does anyone know how I could use that to trigger an action in zapier? I basically have three stages in a process and so for each movement forward I would need a new tag/custom field.
Hey, I’m building an automataion that takes new RSS feed from Google Alerts and summarizes it using ChatGPT. The issue I’m running into is when I parse the blog post it does not give any content. The link is a google’s redirect link but I guess the Web Parser by Zapier cannot redirect it. When pasting the link to google, it opens the site beautifully. Any ideas?
I have made a new Interface with 3 different pages.If I choose “Embed” while editing the page (the 4 tabs are >Content >Data >Actions >Embed) it works fine. But I can’t remove the background. So I tried using the Embed action up top for the whole Interface (Found in the top menu under >Share>Embed). This Embed allows you to choose a page to embed...and lets you hide the background. But instead of showing the chosen page in the iFrame, it is showing the default home page. The code for the page looks correct (i.e. the specific page number/address in the iFrame is the correct page number for the particular page).Any ideas?
Hi --Evernote doesn’t allow you to set default formatting (e.g. default font size) for notes. However you can change the formats by hand. I’d like to manually create a correctly-formatted note called (for example) “DEFAULT NOTE TEMPLATE”, and then have Zapier create a new note for me every morning by duplicating that note and calling it something like “Daily Journal YYYY-MM-DD”.I’m getting stuck on the “duplicating that note” part. I can see how to create a new note via Zapier, but is there a way to tell it to make a copy of an existing note?Thanks in advance!
Hey all,We have a spreadsheet kept in Google Sheets that records employee travel info. We are attempting to have the spreadsheet outputted to a specific Slack channel every week. I’ve successfully created a Zap to post the data to Slack, but it’s effectively outputting it as unformatted csv data.For example, it’s basically outputting it as:Name,Title,Traveling to,Arrival Date,Return Date,John Smith,Director,New York,10/27/23,10/31/23As seen above, it outputs it all in one line.Is there a way to get Zapier to format it nicely or put it in a more readable format? Or does anyone have any ideas on how to make it more user-friendly with Slack itself? Drawing blanks on what can be done on the Slack side of things, unless there’s some table formatting native to Slack that I’m unfamiliar with.

I am creating a ZAP that from an email inserts a new asana task in a section of a project, I would like this task to be created only when there is no incomplete duplicate. (Currently the search is done between both completed and incomplete).How can I create a zap that searches for an asana task only among incomplete ones?

But we want to embed it with an iframe, then it displayed actions UI but failed to save any changes and login. Hello,I have a issue and I do not know how to fix it.I need to have two klaviyo accounts. One of them is connected to our company.The second one is used for informative content. So what I´m trying to do is:When my customer gets a certain tag (e.g. purchase a certain product), I´d like to send him via that Tag with Zapier to my second account. I’m a freelance writer. I want to use Zapier to automatically pull tasks from my clients’ project management boards (ClickUp, Airtable, monday.com, Trello etc.) into my own task management system (create an event on Google Calendar, ideally).However, I’m struggling. It seems like I can use Zapier to pull a task from a workspace/platform/board I own into another system, but it seems like I would need to be the owner of both systems. I’m worried that trying to do this will mess up/impact my client’s boards. Is there a way to do this without it bothering/affecting my clients?
Hi I am Missing Data from FB Lead Ads into Google Sheet. The zap seems to be set up correctly. I have followed previous suggestions on other similar topics but it’s still not showing the raw data from the FB form, so I can’t match it. Some are coming in fine, I have 3 missing and so they are missing from the sheet. For context I did duplicate a previous version of this zap and just change out the form etc. But I can also see that some previous form data fields are showing as options, but not the new fields. I have set up a zap to be fired upon FB lead gen form submission.Zapier has access to FB leads and the test works fine, but the zap doesn’t fire when a new lead comes in.If i go to Zapier transfer data I can see all the leads in there, I can transfer the data from the data transfer screen and the zap works perfectly, but it won’t fire automatically.I am a full admin in FB, leads access is on, I have ensured zapier is an authorised connection in FB.I’ve set up hundreds of these for clients and they have always worked, but all new zaps have this same problem.Please help, thank you

Hi I need help with my zapier I created to get leads that come in as an email to my Outlook and getting it automated to enter into my Google Sheet. I have everything set up and even tested it, but once I took my zapier live, it is not taking the leads in Outlook and inserting them into my master Google sheet. Can anyone help me with this?

I have a typeform and when I tested it I got the lead created normally but any of the submissions is working. I keep getting this error: All the fields are correctly filled and I have not done any changes to the zap, so I am really at a loss of what is happening here, please help!
Hi guys,One of my automations has started getting turned off due to an error saying “("('Google has rate limited your calls to the Sheets API. Auto retrying in 60 seconds', 60)", 60)” …The error places many calls into Waiting but quickly the number of errors forces the Zap to turn off.Is there a way to prevent the Zap turning off OR to know what the Rate Limit is for Google and then apply that to the Zap / User / Account / Zapier by throttling?Of course I could feed my data in by chunks at a time and try to figure out when the Rate Limit triggers :)
