I need to transfer data from Jotform to Salesforce and thought I could use Zapier, but it looks like I’ve hit a roadblock, per this page https://zapier.com/help/account/data-management/data-privacy-at-zapier
I’m testing a new form and received this error: The record could not be sent to Salesforce.Guardian_Care_Givers__c is too long, should only be a maximum of 18 characters.Guardian_Care_Givers__c is the SalesForce API name. Is the problem that the field name is too long for Zapier? If so, then do I need to work with the SalesForce team to rename it to something less than 18 characters? I don’t think this is related to the data in my test run, I typed the data into Salesforce and it wasn’t too long to be accepted.
I’m setting up a Zap from JotForm to Salesforce. However, some of the fields from my form align with 2 different objects in Salesforce. Is there a way to connect to 2 different objects and get the list of all fields in both of those objects?
I'm setting up my first Zap. Trying to link data from JotFrom to SalesForce. I've reached the point of “Find Data”. I’m only getting what I would call header information as shown below. But none of the fields below that (not shown) are populated. id 4646988671472921230 form_id 201255910889057 ip 70.177.117.41 created_at 2020-05-07 17:14:28 status ACTIVE new 1 flag 0 notes updated_at null fields
