Are you an account owner looking to get greater visibility into all the Zaps, across all team members?
You can now export all Zaps in a team's account, including private Zaps. Get full visibility into the workflows that power your business.
Where to Find It
Navigate to the Data Management tab under Settings, and you’ll find this option:
You will then be emailed a zip file that contains a JSON file of all the Zaps in the account. It is similar to what you get if you export My Zaps, but we did add a couple of extra things:
Status of the Zap
You can see whether the Zap is on or off.
Created At & Last Changed
You can see when a Zap step was created and edited.
NOTE: this option is available to account owners on Teams and Companies plans.
