Missing leads from Facebook to Keap (Infusionsoft)

Hello All, 

We are spending a lot of money getting leads from FB but most of the leads are getting registered in Keap (Infusionsoft). As a result we are not able to capture those leads. 

It doesn’t even show any error in Zapier. We have plenty of Tasks in our account. 

We have contacted various experts but no positive result. 

Can anyone help here?

You mentioned that there aren’t any errors in the Zap history, when you look at the Zap history can you see all the leads that you would expect there or are there less Zap runs that you’ve had leads?

 

When Facebook Lead Ads hits an error, it’s often in the trigger step, which means that the Zap doesn’t start so you wont see any errors in the Zap history. The most common reason for these type of errors is a permission setting in Facebook Lead Ads.
