Failed to create a contact in Givebutter - Error: The app returned "The given data was invalid"

I have set up a zap to import contact data from MailChimp to Givebutter. I have set up all the fields but when I run the test I get this

Failed to create a contact in Givebutter

The app returned "The given data was invalid.".

Sadly there is no information that tells me anything more and I’m stumped as to the problem.
