Testing MySQL Premium with Looping by Zapier

I have a Looping by Zapier followed by a MySQL Premium.

However, MySQL Premium doesn’t seem to understand the Query when it’s used as Find Row via Custom Query.

The underlying query looks like:

SELECT org_name FROM vw_ctvt_org_basic WHERE org_key = {{157114913__data[]target_org_key}}

When I go to test, it tries:
