New trial started. I need to create a Github Issue whenever a new Zendesk ticket comes in that matches a specific view (New IT ticket). However, in the long list of Views I can choose from, “New IT Ticket” is not available. Is there such a thing as a private View that Zapier wouldn’t be privy to? 

I have admin access to Zendesk if I need to get jiggy with anything over there.

This part is what was blocking me: 

You will need to create a descending by ID "view" in Zendesk with no grouping and select it here

 

I’m all set now. Hope this helps in the future.


Try creating a new view?


Hi Troy.

I have done this and loaded every possible option, then tried to sort by the view name and the view number. It simply does not show up.
