RingCentral Send SMS Only Able to Select One number

Hello, we are looking to fire out a SMS message after a lead is updated within Salesforce and it runs through a filter meeting specific variables.  At the RingCentral “Action” after our account is synced up (I am the admin) the only number showing available for the “Phone Number From” is my direct number and not any of the other users.

 

Outside of creating an individual zap for each of our users individually and syncing up their accounts, are there any other options (or settings in RingCentral) that would allow the selection of any of the users numbers available for our organization?

The RingCentral API will only send back the recordings, calls, SMSs, voicemails, etc for the logged in user.

If you need to get recordings for other users, you'll need to connect their RingCentral accounts to Zapier and set up a zap for each one.

Once you have one zap set up, you can copy it (you can do so by clicking on the down arrow on the right side of the zap from your dashboard and selecting "copy") and then swap out the connected account in the trigger.
