When making a link to issue a new bill through the QuickBooks online , I cannot make the link and cannot identify the new customer

Just be careful sharing sensitive contact details in the screenshot.

In terms of this issue, rather than inputting the name in the customer field, you need to set that field to “Custom” and then select the ID from the step where you find/create a Quickbooks customer.
