My Mighty Works Zap Isn't Working Properly?

My Zap is stating that it is working properly but it isn't. What would your recommend for someone to do?

    Let's try and sort this.

    Can you first tell us what the zap is supposed to do? And secondly, what makes you think it's not working? Screenshots of any errors you're seeing would be useful.
