Multiselect fields missing from Caspio to Airtable

Hi community,

I want to create a new record in Airtable when a new record is created in the Caspio table. I mapped successfully  Caspio fields and Airtable fields except for the multiselect data fileds. The multiselect dropdown data fields are not even visible when i create Zap steps. Does anybody have experience dealing with the multiselect dropdown fields? Will greatly appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Hi @verochka

Sometimes advanced fields are not support on Zap app integrations.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing to see if the data comes thru for that field, then check your Zap Runs for the DATA OUT on the trigger step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

You may want to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Yes, the Zap trigger is Caspio new record. When I test the trigger, the multiselect fields are not visible in the test data. I can see the fields and data, except my multiselect dropdown field. It seems like Zapier cannot “see” this field while looking into my test records.

As a result (or better say the lack of result), when I set up action and map fields, I do not see Caspio multiselect dropdown filed and its data that I can map to Airtable multiselect dropdown filed.

Hi @verochka

The multiselect dropdown data fields are not even visible when i create Zap steps.

Do you mean from the Zap trigger (Capsio) or for the Zap action (Airtable)?

If for the Zap action, then multiselect fields can be sent as comma delimited.

For example: A,B,C
