Issues with ADF/XML code not working

Hi all, I need help trying to figure out how to send an adf/xml formatted email to our ProMax CRM email. I’m not a coder, so I’m not sure where I’m going wrong. None of my test emails have shown up in ProMax.

 

Here’s the xml code I’ve been working with and I need to make sure that the contact info makes it into ProMax. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to figure this out? Thanks!

Are you getting any errors appearing in the Zap when testing? Or is it saying it’s going through successfully (in the Zap) but the prospects aren’t added to ProMax? 

It looks like there’s a digit missing from the requestdate time value:

It could be nothing, but I wonder if there’s some validation on ProMax’s end that’s rejecting the prospect because there’s an invalid time value being sent? Could you try adding in and extra digit so it reads 08:00 for example and see it it then goes through?
