Integrating Facebook Leads Ads with Acuity Scheduling

I’m having trouble creating the action I want with Zapier and am hopeful that someone else has done this.

The goal is to book an appointment in Acuity with data from the Facebook lead ad data.

The challenge is that the free demo appointments only available in Acuity scheduling at certain days and times. Facebook lead ads do not allow me to specify those select times. It only offers a broad range.

Is there any work-around for this. I don’t mind putting another app in the mix if it get the job done.

Hey @Leslie.Perino - Thanks for writing in. Are you looking to get a timestamp added to your Zap by chance? I’m asking because you could try making a Zap that triggers when a New Lead occurs, then add a timestamp that maybe you could use as an appointment? https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/insert-the-time-your-zap-runs-into-a-field - But I understand that appointments are usually exact so if a Zap fires off 15 minutes after the lead comes in, we wouldn’t want you to be late to your meeting.

Alternatively, we have a bunch of Scheduling apps here to see if they align better with your needs: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/scheduling - At this time, I don’t think there’s a work around if Facebook doesn’t allow you to specify the exact times, and Acuity limits when you’d be able to book.
