If/Then, but not mutually exclusive paths

I need my zap to send a client up to three different emails:

If Condition A, then send email A.

If Condition B, then send email B.

If Condition C, then send email C.

Paths don’t appear to the solution, because the emails are not mutually exclusive - a client who satisfies multiple conditions will receive multiple emails. Likewise, a filter doesn’t appear to be the solution.

Is there a way to do this w/o creating multiple zaps (which would be a less-than-ideal solution, as each of the zaps would have multiple identical steps with conditions and calculations before an actual email was sent).

Thanks, Carl.

Hi @Carl G!

If you use Paths, when a client meets multiple conditions, they will receive multiple emails - the information will go down each path where the conditions are met. In other words, paths are not mutually exclusive; you can choose to set up the conditions so that they are, but they don’t have to be.

I hope that helps, let us know if you have any questions!

That is excellent news, I’m not sure why I assumed they were mutually-exclusive. Thank you for your response.

Carl.
