We are looking to go over to Xero from Pastel.

We are a Home Owners Association and currently doing our Water and  Sewrage reading on a  certain Excel Format.

We would like to confirm if Zapier can help to assist importing this excl into  Xero, but currently I am stuggleing to  figure this out on Zapier.

Was Wondering if you will be able to assist if possible?

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

Hi @DVM,

Welcome to the Community.

You can use Zapier to import data from an Excel spreadsheet into Xero by creating a Zap with Microsoft Excel as the trigger (New Row) and Xero as the action app (for example, Create  Sales Invoice). Connect your accounts, map Excel columns to Xero fields, and run a test to ensure the setup works. Once confirmed, the Zap will trigger automatically with each new row in your spreadsheet.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
