Hi everyone,

I'm running a Shopify store where customers can specify a pick-up date in the order notes. I need to set up a daily export of orders, but I only want to include orders with a pick-up date that matches "tomorrow" (the day after the export runs).

The app I'm currently using for exports only allows filtering by a specific, static date value, so I’d have to manually update the date every day, which isn’t ideal. I’d like to automate this so that the export filter always uses "tomorrow’s date" without manual adjustments.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to set up a Zap that:

  1. Triggers a daily export of Shopify orders.
  2. Filters orders to include only those with tomorrow's date in a specific note attribute (e.g., "Pick-up Date").
  3. Exports the filtered orders as a CSV file (or emails it).

Alternatively, is there any workaround or combination of Zaps that could achieve this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! (The app is called SyncX)

Thanks in advance!

Hi @uzgjfgiuztf

That would involve using the Shopify API: https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/2024-04/queries/orders#argument-query
