How do I update a Google Form when a specific Zendesk ticket option is chosen?

I’m not sure if this is possible with Zapier.

I would like to have a google form updated whenever a particular dropdown option is chosen in a Zendesk ticket.

Does anyone know if this is possible please?

We could add a tag to the zendesk ticket whenever this field value is chosen if that helps the zap to send info to the google form.
