Hey xxx hope you’re doing great, and that you can help me with something:) And feel free to point me in the right direction if needed.

What I’m trying to do is create a zap that would trigger on updated ticket actions (in a helpdesk, such as Zendesk for example), and to create a new row in Google Sheets each time the key word is added to the ticket. I assume this can be done with a webhook, but I’m having trouble achieving this.

Any input is welcome and let me know if you need additional info from me:)

Thanks!

Hi @Dowy

Check out this help article from Zendesk about creating webhooks for subscriptions (events): https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260803996569

@Troy Tessalone Hey Troy,

I’m not using Zendesk actually, it was merely an example as I do need it for a specific, and somewhat similar platform. Is this something anyone here can assist with?

Thanks!

Hi @Dowy

What app are you using?

Every app is different, so our feedback will vary.
