I’m trying to see if there’s a way for a Zap to be created that would update a lead in Brivity if the contact in Fello has information updated.
Fello enriches our Brivity CRM by finding and adding data points (address, phone number, etc) that may be missing in Brivity. When Fello finds this information and updates it in their system, I would like to have that information sent over to Brivity to update our contact. It looks like the only option is for a new lead to be created.
I’m new to Zapier so I’m not an expert. Maybe there’s some kind of in-between function to see if information can be filtered to search for an existing lead and update info rather than attempting to create a new lead?

Hey there, @Erin W! 👋
There’s an existing feature request for a “Find or Create Lead” action to be added so I’ve added your vote to that which will help to increase its priority. I can’t make any promises as to when/if it will be added but we’ll send you an email notification as soon as it is. I couldn’t see any open feature request for an “Update Lead” action to be added though, so I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team here to have one created on your behalf. That’ll flag the need for that type of action to the developers of the Brivity app so that they can get it sorted.
In the meantime, did you have any luck with in connecting to Brivity’s API directly using one of the methods mentioned in that guide Troy shared?
Happy to help if you need any help on that, just let us know! 🙂
