How do I automate sending pre-purchased course codes from a spreadsheet to clients?

I want to set up an automation where:

Client purchases a course → A pre-purchased code is pulled from a spreadsheet (it will take the next unused code) → the code is put it into a templated email to the client.

Is this possible?
