How do I add spacing and line breaks into the content of my Cycle doc?

I’m having formatting issues from my zap.

In the editor (Zapier), I’m adding spacing and line-breaks to make it clear — but in my response (doc in my app) I can only display the information in a row (e.g. responseAreponseBresponseC).

Any ways I can get the html back ?

Amazing! Stoked you were able to get this up and running! Thanks for closing the loop here as well. 🤗

Worked — thanks!

Try using HTML in the content.

Hi @Troy Tessalone ,

Here is my config, along with results. My zap essentially integrate Tally (form app) to Cycle (product management app that centralises feedback).

Config:

Results:

So you can see that Cycle didn’t receive the html data (line-breaks)

Thanks for having a look!

Hi @jdewasse

Good question.

Please clarify what app you are using by posting detailed screenshots with how your Zap step is configured in order for us to have context.
