How can I connect my RISE CRM API with Zapier to Automate Facebook Leads Ads

Basically, I Purchased two Plugins for connecting with Zapier as the connection of Zapier with Perfex CRM and Rise CRM,

In Perfex CRM I don't know how to get the API key I purchased plugins for it but non of these is Working with Zapier,

Two I've purchased RISE CRM REST API Plugin for connecting with Zapier in which I have the API Key available but I don't know how to connect it with Zapier.

NOTE: The main scenario I want from Zapier is to When we get a New Lead from Facebook it will be directed to the Form in any of these CRMs It is asking for API Key but It's not working at all.

Thank you for your response but actually the problem is I am unable to get the ZAPIER module for Perfex at all I am not getting it at all the link mentioned in Perfex Help is not working not even available in Zapier is there any Module for Perfex to generate API for Zapier please I need that suggestions.

Hey friends, just circling back to close the loop on this one! It looks like one of our support colleagues replied back to you about this and said:

Happy to help, starting with this Perfex CRM issue. Could you please log into your Perfex CRM site, then go to > admin > Zapier? Or you can head to this page:  https://{MYSITE}.com/admin/zapier/configure
 
This is where you should be able to grab your Auth token and Base URL. Are you able to see those once you're there? If not, can you send me a full screenshot of what you see instead?

I did see you were able to open a ticket with my friends in support, which is perfect. I’d actually recommend continuing to troubleshoot with them as this will likely involve some sensitive details of your account.
