Help!

I am new to Zapier.

I created a google form for users to attached photo.

I setup the steps in Zapier. However, the link is posted instead as text instead of a image.

I tried add ({{photo}}) but no use.

Anyone can assist

Hi @kennywong

Tip: To pass images onto the template, you just need to create a text placeholder variable on your presentation template, then pass on a URL to a hosted image on your Zap template.

Thanks for the quick reply. i am not sure how to do that.

  1. I tried going into the presentation template
  2. There are 3 options :Title, subtitle and bodytext

Will you be able to further explain ? or do you have any video guide.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks.

@kennywong

Please post screenshots of how your Zap steps are configured.

For the {{Photo}} variable you’ll need to map a publicly accessible file url value.

You can check if a file is publicly accessible by copy/pasting the value into a new private browser to see if it renders/downloads.

NOTE: To pass images onto the template, you just need to create a text placeholder variable on your presentation template, then pass on a URL to a hosted image on your Zap template.
