Gmail > ActiveCampaign: Record emails from the same sender

I’ve set up a Zap between Gmail and ActiveCampaign. When a new email comes in, it will create a new Contact in ActiveCampaign. I have created a custom field in AC to show the email body.

However, if the same sender sends a second email, that custom field will update with the second email body, and the first one will be lost.

How can I get around this? I want to keep a record of all emails that are sent, so that the Contact profile in AC is updated each time, but nothing is replaced.

Thanks!

Hi there @Kate4604! 👋

I just wanted to double-check whether you were you able to solve this using Troy’s suggestion. Did adding a note to the contacts work well for you here? Keen to make sure you’re all set!
