Free version of Zapier allow use of the Zapier email parser?

does the free version of Zapier allow use of the Zapier email parser?  I cannot connect the parser to my zapier account.

Hi @Brian Maguire,You can use mail parser with a free Zapier account. Things that you can’t use with a free Zapier accountare labelled “premium” like this:
