Question

Events are not being copied from one Google Calendar to another. Are there limits on Zap runs per day?

I have a zap that copies events from one Google calendar (A) to another Google Calendar (B). I have zaps left (I am on the free plan) but many new events in A aren’t copied to B (some are, so the zap is working, and there are no errors when I look in the log). Is there some limit on how many times a zap can run per day or something like that?

A is my Facebook calendar that I subscribe to in Google Calendar if that changes anything.

Hi @dbo

Good question.

Have you reviewed the available help articles for using GCal in Zaps?

Yes, and the articles there, specifically Common Problems, touches this issue but don’t resolve it.

There are no errors in my log.

I apply this zap for all new events (=no issues with searching)

The time is copied from an existing event (=no issues with time format)

“Some events are missed by the "Event Start" trigger” - I have problems with events that are several days in the future

“With the ‘New Event"’ trigger, events on a calendar I subscribe to do not trigger the Zap” - some/most of my events are triggered, although the source is a subscribed calendar.

What is next/do you suggest?

Thank you.

Might be best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for further assistance: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
