Do I need to have one zap per Eventbrite event or one zap for all Eventbrite events?

 

Situation:

I am running a short-term weekly webinar aimed at different segments of my market. There are 4 in the month all with different names. Each one is attached to a unique Zoom Webinar. Do I need one zap per event/webinar or will a single zap cover all event/webinar combinations?

I have a paid plan and would like to manage my zaps efficiently.

Thanks Troy,

I’ll set them up in Zapier - I was using Eventbrite to set up the zap, however I found that I was running 8 identical zaps that triggered 32 tasks which created 32 emails!

If the Eventbrite to Zoom Webinar is 1:1, then you’ll want to use 1 Zap for each combo.

Zap

  1. Trigger: Eventbrite - New Attendee Registered
  2. Action: Filter (for the Eventbrite Event Name or ID)
  3. Action: Zoom - Create Webinar Registrant
