Dootloop - "We’re having trouble loading 'Template' data (Access is denied)"

In attempt to connect Dotloop I have run into a issue of not being able to pull template data.

I have both the paid plan for Zapier and Dotloop.


Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You may need to check your Dotloop account settings as indicated in the description for this field.

@Thomas Geib can you confirm that you’re connected to an individual Dotloop profile? Right now, team, company, and office profiles are not supported on Zapier.

I’m having the same issue.  It is an individual Dotloop account and I do not have templates set up.  I view each transaction separately.  Anyone have insight?  I would like to turn this template field off.  Is that possible?
