Do you know if the following process is feasable :
- copy in value a worksheet into another GS as soon as a there is a new spreadsheet row in a GS ?
- or copy the global GS when a new spreadsheet is create ?

1.You can copy the values in a row from google sheet to another sheet using zapier.Just create a Trigger with connecting your first sheet and test the data from that sheet.
Later use an action step of create spreadsheet row and map the fields from the Test Trigger Output of First Sheet into the columns of second Google Sheet.
2.This is also possible to create a New Spreadsheet from an existing Spread Sheet whenever a new row is added in the first sheet by duplicating that in your gdrive.
