Conditional field update for lead gen with CTM & Zoho integration

Hello, so we have a Zap setup that new calls from Call tracking metrics create new leads within Zoho. The phone number when dialed has a call tree on it.

We would like to set up a condition on our Zap so that for instance anyone that dials and presses anything except #1 it will label the field as “facility call” when creating the new lead entry in Zoho, and #1 to be labeled as “new lead” for instance.

The functionality is setup on Zoho for new lead entries, but our xurrent Zap is not triggering those conditions.

After speaking with the Zoho agent, they said it has to be done within Zapier. Is this possible to do and if so, how?

Hey! If you are receiving this data when the zap triggers you could either:

 

  1. Create 2 zaps and use a filter to route them accordingly (#1 = new lead/anything else = facility)
  2. Create a single zap that has 2 paths using the same logic (#1 = new lead/anything else = facility)
