Company Name missing from Zendesk

Hello,

 

I am trying to connect Zendesk with Intercom

When a new contact is created in Zendesk, I would like to add it as a new user in Intercom

But I don’t know why the company is not on the user

So I am trying to add a step “create a company”

But i dont have the company name field from Zendesk in Zapier to configure it

Can you help me on that ?

Good question.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with the data points returned from the Zap trigger step.

Is the Zendesk Org ID returned returned for the Zendesk User?

Are you testing with a Zendesk User that is associated to a Zendesk Org?

You may need to add a Zap step to find the Zendesk Org if only the Org ID is associated to the Zendesk User.
