Can Zipier make a phone call when a specific email is received?

I just started a trial for Zapier and I’m trying to figure out how to make a phone call and read an email when an email with a specific subject is received.  Is that possible? If so can anyone please give me some examples or an idea where to begin.  I’ve searched the KB and community and can’t find any examples of how to use email events to trigger phone calls.

I use Office 365/Outlook and my phone system is 3CX

Hi @pmcnamara,

You can definitely trigger automation based on an email subject line by using Email Parser.
