How do I automate email sends from Google Sheets to Gmail with a 2-day delay?

I want to know how to create an automation to pull emails from a Google Sheets sheet and send them via Gmail after 2 days. I want that every time a new email is placed in Google Sheets, Zapier will take that data and send an email but 2 days later. Obviously, the "TO" section needs to be variable because it will change every time I add a new email to a row.

Question: If the automation is running and it is waiting for those 2 days, if an email is added within those 2 days, does Zapier identify it to send it 2 days later as well or would it throw an error?

Hi @mario hector,

Welcome to the Community.

To automate sending emails from Google Sheets via Gmail after two days, create a Zap with Google Sheets as the trigger ("New Spreadsheet Row"). Add a "Delay by Zapier" action set for two days, then use Gmail's "Send Email" action, mapping the recipient from the spreadsheet. Each new row triggers a separate Zap run with its delay, so adding new data during an existing delay won't cause errors.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any further questions.
