Appointments appear on my Redtail calendar at correct start time but then end time is showing as 24 hours after the start time instead of one hour.

Hi @Jan Belk

Please provide screenshots of how your Zap step is currently configured, thanks.

@Jan Belk

Check the fields you have mapped for the End Time field.

Looks like you have 2 data points mapped.

The first mapped data points appears to be a time range not a single time.

Plus it is then followed by a second mapped data point for duration which shouldn’t be used here.

Instead, use the same mapped value as the Start Time field followed by a space (don’t for get the leading space) and “+”[DURATION]“m”

I am still very unsure of what to do.  There is a drop down box that makes you select what to put in the field so this makes no sense to me.  I tried just typing the info in but that does not work either.  I have attached a copy of what I typed in.

@Jan Belk

For End Date, try formatting like this:

[BookingStartTime] +[Duration]m

Replace [BookingStartTime] and [Duration] with their respective dynamically mapped values

NOTE: Make sure there is 1 space before the “+” and NO spaces before/after [Duration]
