So I have it working really well in one multi-step zap which was great. Now I am trying to do similar but for inbounds via the fb group not just the initial source. The problem I am seeing is that in this one person they used a different email address which means there is nobody to update or it would create a new box & contact. I could just switch to a search their phone number but I could run into the same issue. This is the concept I am noodling, but not 100& clear on how to make this happen in zapier. When google form response trigger Search for email in streak Path A if found update bla bla bla Path B l if not found, search for phone number if found update bla bla If neither found create new box & contact?
Hello, I’ve created a Zap that will add an Outlook calendar event when a new Wrike task is created. The Zap works successfully, barring a start and end date for the task. These are required fields in the setup wizard, but there isn’t an option to choose a start date and end date from the Wrike task in the field. Is this something that can be added? Thanks in advance for the help! Anthony Creation date seems to be the only option that is close to what I need, but just because a task is created on a day doesn’t mean that is the start or end date.
I have a form in Jot Form.I have some values and an attachment in the form. When I test my zap I receive this error:The email could not be sent to Gmail.The app returned "Not Found". I need help with this. I don't understand how to find my "woo commerce" url. Wouldn't that just be my Wordpress url? Since I integrated woo commerce into my Wordpress site. What I want to do: I have a product that I’m selling in my woo commerce store on my Wordpress account. When someone buys that product, I’d like them to automatically be entered into an automation on my active campaign account. So far I’ve been manually taking emails from my Stripe account and adding them to my Active Campaign automation. How can I do this?
Hi everybody -I am new to Zapier so I apologize ahead of time for the newbie question.I have successfully connected my Square account to my Mailchimp account and successfully copied over a test transaction.However, one data point that is very important to me is the product ordered at Square. I want to send custom emails based from Mailchimp based on which product they ordered. This seems like a fairly common situation. If they ordered a physical product, I want to thank them via email for doing so and send them shipping info. If they order a course, I want to provide them course details via email etc.When I look to map the data coming from Square to fields in my mailchimp database, I see a Product field but all my recent transactions are “INVOICES” so I only see this one variant. That makes me think it could be more the source of the transaction rather than what was actually purchased.Can someone who is familiar with the Square integration confirm that the Product field coming from Squ

I have created a Google Form, that allows users to upload a file into my Google Drive folder, then the data entered on the form is populated into a Google Sheet with a hyperlink to the Drive location. We are using Airtable as a database, so I have created a zap to create a new record in Airtable from the record in Google Sheets. However, the zap is only transferring the uploaded file name, not the drive hyperlink. I am struggling to figure out a zap workflow to update the airtable record with the Google Drive link. Hi there, I have multiple Buy Now buttons created in Paypal, and I do not want them all to be linked to the same Mailchimp list. It appears now that no matter what someone purchases from me via Paypal, they will now all automatically be added to the same email list and receive the exact same automated welcome email, which I do not want. How can you link a specific Paypal button to a specific Mailchimp audience?
I’ve created a Zap (Zapier is fantastic!) that would automate our written standup (Using Standup Alice) posted on Slack to another tool.When the bot posted the aggregated results of our written standup today I noticed, that only the first line was copied over. I wasn’t able to see the additional text in Zapier what I see in Slack. We’re using Zapier to create a ticket in Freshdesk whenever a new row is added to a Google sheet, A required field in Freshdesk is PRIORITY, with fixed value of Low (1), Medium (2), High (3) and Urgent (4). We have a column in the sheet (rating) that is a proxy for this priority with possible values 1-10. When creating the Freshdesk ticket I would like to conditionally set the PRIORITY based on the data in that column, e.g. if rating is 1-3 set Priority to Low, if 4-6 Medium, etc. I know I could do this with Paths in Zapier, but seems unnecessarily complex to create 4 different paths simply to set this one value correctly. We’re looking for a way to map / transform / manipulate the column value to appropriately set the Priority. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Hello,I am tryiing to connect insightly with mailchimp through zapier. The first thing that I was prompted to do was to log onto insightly. When I tried to do so, I was told to enter my API key that could be found in my settings. There was no such key in my account info in my account settings, where I was told to look, and I have not been able to find any information on this topic. Does anybody know how I can move forward? (I should note that I am not even aware what an “API Key” even is...)Thank you very much, A confused user of Zapier :)

I’m trying to decide wether or not to start automating Hubspot with Zapier. On the trigger “New contact on list” (or when I need to trigger the action of adding a contact to an specific list) the message “Marketing Hub Starter plans and above” is included. Is this true? Does Zapier of Hubspot really validate if the user has a Marketing Hub Starter account?
I like to fire off Salesforce to make a copy of a Master google spreadsheet that is shared with several people. I am able to make a copy of the Master spreadsheet, but I am not able to keep ‘share it with the same people’ functionality.Does anybody have a solution for this?

The b2b robotic automation like automation anywhere and uipath have the ability to automate software through the GUI besides the API. this is very powerful when the software does not have API, does Zapier have something like this and or similar ?
What I’m looking to achieve is that when a file is uploaded to Google Drive it gets posted to a separate software using the API. However, I need it posted to a specific place (person in this case), so I need to post the name of the folder, or at a minimum, the folder ID. I don’t see that as an option. What am I missing? It seems a given that it would be something I can post.
I’m hoping you guys can help a beginner! I am trying to create a Zap to send to respondents that choose a specific answer on a Google Form. I think I have it all set up correctly with the correctly indicated condition of response, however, I do not see how to tell the Zap to respond to each specific respondent that gives this answer. It requires a “sent to” e-mail address, however, I don’t know yet what these specific respondent e-mail addresses will be. How can I tell it to just send the response to those people? I hope this question makes sense!
Hi guys, I’m currently working on a Finance Dashboard and I’m trying to create a Zap to import deal information to Googlesheets when a deal stage is changed in Hubspot so that I can add customers and other info as soon as the deal is closes. But whenever I try to trigger hubspot it doesn’t find any deals. I tried changing my Hubspot permission set but the error persists. Did any of you ever come up with this problem?
