Hi Guys, I am trying to use Zapier webhook get data from a system hourly.For the argument of query, I need to send a startDate and endDate to get data during this hour.I can Insert nowtime as endDate by insert data provided by Zapier.But don’t know how to add a time 1 hour before now time.Is it available, if it is, please help me.
I’ve set up a Zap that triggers an email from a new spreadsheet row fill.Great, that’s all fine and it’s firing, but the text itself in the email, which is HTML-coded, keep stopping short. It’s cutting off “many thanks, Katie” at the end. I thought it might be due to a text limit, but I've edited the copy down and it just keeps cropping more text out. Super frustrated, have run about 10x tests now with different variations of text. Anyone know a workaround?
Hello,I’m working on an integration between Notion <> Zapier.All seems to be working fine except in my Zap settings some of my fields are not showing up, namely “Files & Media” type fields.I wanted to simply pass an Image URL to my Files & Media fields, which works very well in any other type of data input.I just don’t see these fields at all on my Zaps.Any thoughts?
Is there a way to set up a Zap in which a Practice Better form which automatically inputs into a Google Sheets document?
I have 2 forms on Practice Better that are used for client onboarding. I am wondering if there is a way to automatically input the results into a Google Sheets document which is set up to provide us a percentage for groups of questions. Ideally it would auto input every time one of our clients completes the questionnaire forms. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi all! I’m trying to schedule posts to a specific Slack channel at a date/time that’s pulled from a Google Sheet. All info is pulling perfectly and Zapier tells me the post is successfully scheduled after testing, but I don’t see it in the Scheduled section in Slack. What am I missing?
I’m trying to set up a Zapier integration where a new item in a database in Notion, triggers a new booking in ResourceGuru.However, I keep getting this error message when i run the test:Failed to create a booking in Resource GuruError from halted execution: The errors [object Object].This is at the final test stage - I can see Zapier is successfully pulling the database item from Notion, but is not able to create the booking. Any ideas?
Hello! I have Zapier configured with Facebook Ads (Lead Generation) and with my CRM, I receive the information of source, medium, campaign (which are static), but the full name, phone and email that are fields filled with the data, I do not receive them. All this arrives blank, the lead without personal data. If I change this and leave my personal data (as an example) in the fields, I do receive the complete lead... Has it happened to you? What should I do? Thank you!
Hello!I have created a webhook and it successfully runs the test data but won’t being over any other entries but the test one. Any ideas as to what I need to fix to grab all the data? Is it because the Prospect that i required is a particular ID instead of the field ID? I can’t make it blank it always appears as the test data ID.
I have a multi step Zap that creates a salesforce record and populates 90% of the information in the first action. the following 2 actions create data that we then want to update on the record created in the first action of the zap. It’s now asking me to populate all those fields (again). Is there a way to use the update record action to ONLY update 1 field?
I’m using a GET request to an api and for some reason it returns a hydrate file instead of a text/json response. In Integromat and Power automate it does not give me this result. Does anyone know why this is? And how can I handle this hydrate file in a proper manner and read the content in it.

Hello guys, I wanted to ask, I easily set up the synchronization of adding new cards between Trello and Jira. But when I want to do an update synchronization, I am offered to link the necessary cards between the two systems. Cards are created all the time and there is no point in setting them up every time. Is this really how it's meant to be and is there no way to automate it?
I am trying to integrate Calendly with my CRM. The annoying thing about Calendly is that you can’t map an individual “answer” to a single data field in the CRM -- instead, there is an output value for Calendly called “Answers”, which is a string of text that includes ALL answers to all questions from the Calendly scheduling page. So for instance, if my Calendly event asks for an address, city, zip code, plus more, the “Answers” field would consist of the invitee’s answers to all of those fields.So I figured out how to extract just a phone number from “Answers” (using the simple “Extract Phone Number” action in Zapier), and I got that mapping successful in my CRM. Yay!But the next challenge is extracting somebody’s address from the Calendly “Answers”. I assume that I’d have to use the “Extract Pattern” action in Zapier, but I need some help coming up with the Python code to match the pattern of a home address. Hi, I’ve a Zap where I check for new response of a google forms. I want to send a mail(amongst other things) when an user submit this form. In my google response sheet, I will have 7-8 yes/no answer. I would like to be able to say: If the user answered yes, then add this content to the mail, if not, don’t do it. And I need to do it for those 7-8 answers, so I don’t want to have to create each possible combination manually, because it would make a lot of different path. Is there a way, in zapier email(or gmail or ...) to build dynamically the content of the mails, based on the checkbox of my form?
I have an automation set up to send SMS notices via Twilio on a scheduled basis. Prior to sending the SMS via twilio, I use a Find Record in Airtable Action to filter all the records that match certain conditions on any given day. This list of recipients will change anywhere from 0 to 20 per day.The automation currently only runs once and sends a message to the first record found. How do I set this up to send the text message to all found records, not just one?
I use ClickUp but I have a client who is working in Asana. I’d like to setup a Zap to create a task in ClickUp anytime a task is assigned to me in Asana. I’m only seeing a way to do this by Asana project, not by assignment. Am I missing something? How would I do this without using 10+ zaps for every project.
HiWe have a zap setup to trigger when a new file is found in a onedrive folder, then this document is uploaded into our document management system.However the issue is that not all new files are being recognised/found, and therefore many documents are not being uploaded.The files are generated from another software program that is scanning a batch of files, splitting them into smaller files and then outputting those files into the OneDrive folder. Quite often there are 3-4 files generated every minute for a period of 10-20 minutes.For these 20 files, only 5-6 of them are triggering the zap to start.Is there a way to get the zap to trigger for all files that are output to that onedrive folder?Thanks
