Hello everybody, I try to create an invoice in quickbooks online when there is a new order on Shopify. But some of my items can be with 10% TAX or 20% TAX. Do you know how to separate different items and their own tax rate ? Have I to do the manipulation on Zapier or on Shopify ? Or on Quickbooks ? The invoice is create on shopify but every items have the same tax. Thank you for your help !

I’m attempting to figure out a way to add a line item to the current monthly invoice for each of our clients. Roughly, the Zap that I have is already doing several things - simplified, here are the steps:Trigger - New submission from Paperform Create Airtable Record Create Trello CardWhat I would also like to do is to add a line item for each submission to the client’s monthly QB invoice. My current strategy is to have each monthly invoice have an expected naming scheme so I can find it (<Client Abbr>-<Current Month and Year>).Is there an easy way I can have the <Current Month and Year> in a zap? Is this the best approach to accomplish this?

Hi!After a few hours i am still not sure if the problem is on my side or there is a bug. If I try to get all responses which were submitted during some period of time I am always getting just one (should be 20-50). Is there any need of some kind of parser or how can I all reponses?
All of my zaps are run as my user in Asana. Specifically when adding a new note to a task the note appears to be coming from me instead of the person that triggered the zap.Unless I am missing something there does not appear to be a way to dynamically choose the Asana account the zap step is using.
Does anyone know if it is possible to create a reply to an incoming email, but without sending it?Thing is, I want to keep all the email correspondence with the client in the same thread as it’s more manageable, but before I send the email, I need to add a person-specific attachment.So basically I want to combine the “Reply to email” and “Create a draft”. But it doesn’t seem like it’s possible - I must either send the email right away or create a new thread entirely.
Hey everyone,Just getting started, doin my first test. I have Klaviyo and bookfunnel set up, with connections tested and getting green lights. Doing a simple test of when a subscriber adds to bookfunnel, that subscriber is sent to a klaviyo list.The zap sees the new subscriber but the add to klaviyo fails. The mapping looks correct (only email and name of klaviyo list are required). The error message I’m getting is “API key specified is invalid.” Uh, what? If the API keys were wrong, wouldn’t the apps not be connecting? Should I disconnect bookfunnel and klaviyo and start over?Thanks for the help!
Hi there,Recently my company implemented an automessage to be posted every Monday at 9 AM PST. The message works fine in and of itself, but there is an issue wherein a channel link contained within the message is merely plaintext, instead of a link to the channel we want. For example, we want the text #apply-to-be-a-tester to actually link to the channel CALLED apply-to-be-a-tester, but the message isn’t performing this action.Is there a way to format this in zapier that will cause the linking to happen, or is mentioning channels unsupported?

Hey everyone.I work for a small managed IT company that uses ConnectWise for service tickets and time tracking but has recently starting using monday.com for actual project management activities. Since these two products don’t have a direct integration yet, I’ve been tasked with trying to get them to share as much information as possible using Zapier.So far, I’ve got one relatively simple function working, which is that when a new project ticket is created in CW, it appears in monday.com. Easy peasy. However, I’m having a hard time figuring out the trigger/action formula for some of the other things we want to do, or even if those things are possible with what these products surface to Zapier.For example, in a perfect world, we’d love the two products to be able to share information back and forth. So for example, when someone updates a “conversation” item for a monday.com project, that will automatically be added as an internal note on the corresponding ConnectWise project ticket. And

When we integrate with zapier, this default parameter is just ignored and the attendees see all the information. What customization will permit to inherit this setup through zapier? Hello,I am trying to use to publish a photo in Dext through my Glide app. Unfortunetely, Dext only allows pictures under 6 MB. I found a way to resize my pictures with Filestack. The problem is, I just want to resize pictures that are actually above 6 MB. I have 2 potential solutions, that I can’t make work. Open also to other solutions.---Solution 1. Figure out picture resolution coming out of Glide.If > 6MB, branch out and use Filestack to resize, then send to Dext.Else, send to Dext directly.Problem : I don’t know how I could measure the photo resolution in a simple way?---Solution 2. If Zap to Publish on Dext fails, Trigger other Zap that resizes image.If Zap to Send on Dext fails (Image > 6MB), then trigger other Zap that will resize with Filestack then send to Dext.Problem : Not sure how to transfer the data from Glide from Photo 1 to the other one Photo 2. Looking for a way to automatically run an export of a CSV that includes transaction data like order id, email, phone number but without an API. Email parser doesnt include enough data needed so the api and webhook idea was the next thought. Is there a way instead export a CSV file from a button on the website set for a certain time each day so I can then run the formatter zap and other things to get it into google sheets, airtable, slack, etc?
Hi There,With the latest release of Basecamp 3’s card table feature, is there any plan to integrate it with other softwares in the near future?I have a simple request form inside of zoho forms that im trying to link with Basecamp 3 card tables. Hello Community, I’m working on zap that triggers when there is a new slack thread message in a specific private channel.The zap I created worked correctly during testing, misfired sending hundreds of replies when published as the parameters I set where incorrect as I was triggering the zap when a new message in the channel is sent and the action was to find the keyword through slack search and then do the canned reply, the zap replied to the latest search result the number of times it found the keyword. So is there a way that a zap can be triggered by any new slack message sent, including threaded messages, within a specific private channel and then filter by keywords to proceed with the action which would be to send a message in that same thread, and send it only once. We do NOT share a CRM which has complicated this.Here's what I thought I could do Zap 1:Call center uses airtable form with lead informationZapier creates a google event with relevant lead information in itI manually add a closer based off location and availabilityZap 2After google event ends, zapier sends an email to the closers email asking how the proposal wentThe issue here is that if I create an event with two guests (lead and closer), I can't send an email to ONLY the closer.If I could make a custom property titled closer, I could, but that doesnt seem possible with Google Calendar.Just typing this out, has made me think of a less than ideal situation where I create two google events, one for the closer and one for the lead, though I'd rather not do that.Any ideas on how I can do this?Also I use Pipedrive CRM for myself if there were a way to create a follow up after an
Hi Guys, I am having some trouble zapping phone number data from my facebook lead forms to my inbound mail platform - send in blue. Can anybody offer some advice on the matter? I can zap emails and first & second names fine but not telephone numbers. I am having to add manually which means I am getting no benefit from zapier. Kind regards, chris
