Managing Zaps in Wordpress

Hello, We currently have many zaps associated with different product purchases (using WooCommerce). The problem we have is that each one of the zaps is triggered for every new order so in the order details you see a huge list of zaps in the history. What is the best strategy for having the zaps only trigger and show up in the history if it is related for the specific product(s) in the order?

Signed PDF to SQL Server Filestream Column

Hello, I have a zap that sends out documents to be signed by students. Once they have been signed I would like to upload the PDF files to a MSSQL database in a Filestream column. I have tried two options: Signrequest to MSSQL Signrequest to Google Drive to MSSQL Both options fail to upload PDF documents that can be opened from the databse. In option 2 I can see the signed PDF document in the Google Drive but again when I try to upload it to the database the document is then not displaying when we click to open it in our management system.   Any ideas?

Hi there,   Basically I am looking to send out a thank you video on Bonjoro everytime a customer buys a product in my Squarespace e-commerce store. I’m struggling to pull the relevant details (Name and email) from the checkout page on Squarespace.  Anyone had any experience with this?

Check Off Tasks in Google Tasks

Currently, I have a zap set up where if I put a task into Google Tasks it zaps it over to my Things 3 inbox. The only issue I have with this is that now I have the task in two places. Is there a way that I can have it check off the task in Google Tasks after it sends it over to Things?

I use zappier to create event in calendar for several attendees, with attendees emails coming fromgoogle sheet row per event. how i collect back to each row in sheet, for each event  ,  the status of event acceptance?  e.g. reject or accept.

Screenshot of Googlesheet sent in email

I would like to send a weekly automated email that has a screenshot of the updated Googlesheet as well as a link to the GoogleSheet. I was able to find how to send the link but not how to grab a screenshot to input into the body of the email.

YouCanBookMe to Zoho CRM error

I’ve created a Zap between YouCanBookMe and Zoho CRM. I’m trying to map a custom input to the ‘Lead Owner” field because the owner isn’t always the same. The error I get is  Unable to create entry in module: Leads. Error : Invalid data for the field Owner   The lead owner dropdown shows a Name/Owner ID number, Ex.John Smith/4212086000000237011. My custom input maps the Owner ID number, 4212086000000237011, but I get the error.

Zapier & Quickbooks New client, account number.

Hello,   I am building a simple zap as follow :    When a contact in Hubpost get a deal, it create a new contact in Quickbooks.  Everything is working, expect i can’t find the field “ Account number” in the stage “Create Customer in QuickBooks Online”. I have activated the otpion of account number in quickbooks. Would love a solution to this.   Thanks,

I get confused as I use SRV to connect MongoDB on all my other applications, and I don’t know how to find the host, port and other many fields from the SRV. Years ago, I know there are two ways to access MongoDB, and the SRV was so straight forward at that time, but now it is so complicated and I have totally no idea how to find every field, though. I’ve read the documents provided but they are not helpful, since I know exactly what the fields meant but I can’t find those fields on MongoDB using the SRV. Anyone can help me?

Copy Wunderlist task notes into Asana task description

Hi, Since Wunderlist is closing at the beginning of May, I am looking for ways to replace this app and am researching options that take make the migration as easy as possible. I plan to swtich to Asana. Using Zapier, I am already able to copy my tasks easily into new project lists in Asana including the due date, by creating a ‘zap’ that creates new tasks as I complete them in Wunderlist. I built this using the ‘Customize task’ menu. However, I cannot copy the subtasks and notes to Asana’s ‘subtasks and description’. Does any of you know if it’s possible to get this data also copied using Zapier, ór does anyone know another method to migrate my complete Wunderlist set to Asana.   (I am working on Mac OS).   Thanks!

The app returned "Application Error"

I was creating a zap to connect form submission in kajabi with infusionsoft but the app returned "Application Error". This was the error: We had trouble finding a sample. The app returned "Application Error". It looks like there is a problem with the app you're trying to contact. We recommend first checking that app's status page for any service issues and then contacting Zapier support if there are no reported issues. Anyone can tell me how i can find the app status page? Or how i can remove the error?

How do I fail a Zapier Utility?

Hi Everyone - I have a question around Zapier Utility that I am using to translate my item codes during a STRIPE to XERO integration. Every Stripe Item Code is provided in the lookup for translation. Sometimes, I may have an item code in Stripe which is not there in Zapier Utility Lookup & in such cases the utility doesn’t fail but continues. I am told that I should be using the an “if” condition to check and stop future tasks but my problem is with the utility itself since once it fails - there is simply NO WAY to rerun it. Which essentially means that I cannot rerun my Zap. Does anyone know what is the solution to this? To be honest, not being able to re-run all the tasks on a Zap is a very serious limitation as it creases manual work tremendously. I dont understand why Zapier would not provide that choice for manual re-runs. Any thoughts & suggestions would be much appreciated.

google calendar new event - how to choose conference type which is not hangout

I create google calendar event and i choose “conference” = Yes.  but the conference default setting is Hangout,  but i want it to choose zoom.  as you can see in the attached, I have two conference options (e.g. as my google calendar has zoom plugin).   How can I make zappier to set it to zoom?  there is a custom field, what settings to put there ?  see attached screenshots

Invalid attendee email when adding two emails in google calendar event

I tryu to call google calander new event ,   need to have two emails ,  coming from google sheet.  it works with one email, but not with two. I get error “Invalid attendee email when adding two emails in google calendar event.   I tried format the emails with double quotes ….  space between them, comma between them, bracket etc.  nothing works latest is in screenshot   Moderator note: images cropped and/or obfuscated to remove personally identifiable information.

Woocommerce meta data field

The old Zapier and Woocommerce integration divided each meta data field as separate field for further processing. Now all our meta data fields are together like this  +37255616160,no,et,0,orddd_location_1,Tööstuse 47b,01/05/20,1588291200,09:00 - 12:00,09:00 - 12:00,1588323600,ee_nordea,4afb1678-ee35-4f03-9959-01feb6eb7835,1 How can we use and further process only the data we need - 01/05/20 (date) & 09:00 - 12:00 (time)? Played around with text splitter but it didn’t work. Feeling a little bit desperate now as I have to put all the dates and time slots to our orders manually :(

MongoDB problem: Connection closed

I am facing the same challenge and issue … I tried all the instructions but was unable to connect to mongoDB for utilization It gave this error message. We’re having trouble loading 'Collection' data in step 2 . Tried multiple connections and methods.  We are using MongoDB atlas , have created a whitelist IP address to permit access from any IP address . still the error continues . Any help is very much appreciated as it will help me in completing my process. I can come over any screen sharing application if it helps or if you need can put in details to your support team in private.   Best Regards, Ajay

Woocommerce Variation Breakdown in Orders

Hi all, I have an E-Commerce website with one product that has a size variation and sample variation.  When I try to create a zap to transfer my orders to google sheets, it gather all the variations in one column and all the quantity in another one. Example: If someone orders 3 items, one blue large and two red small, I get one column with (blue, large, red, small) and the quantity column with (1,2).  Is there a way to breakdown the variations and the quantity so it will appear like this (blue, large, 1) (red, small, 2)?  Hope I was clear.

Hi, I know that PayPal problems are generally due to IPN issues. Could someone explain how to fix them?  I’m pretty sure that my notification URL isn’t pointing to Zapier, but I’m not sure how to figure out which button or service is causing the problem. #HELP!! Thanks!

How to forward a gmail to another email

I have a zap that is supposed to look for an email in a business Gmail account then forward it exactly as it is to another email account.   The incoming email is in HTML.  I simply want to forward it, like you would in Gmail, to another email account.   I have tried both formats in the zap, for body type of both text and HTML.  Neither of them look right when they come in!  Urgh  Any help is appreciated

How to integrate with Brizy Pro

Brizy Pro has a Zapier integration.  I am trying to create a zap that takes a completed contact form submission and sends it to the webhook we have for our CRM.   If this is possible, I’d be happy to upgrade our account, but I cant upgrade until we can figure this out.
