Failed test with facebook lead ads to clicksend

I am using facebook lead ads as a trigger, however my advertisement has not been approved yet by facebook due to a problem in the copywriting, so I think it might be the problem. However I tried the test anyway and I linked my trigger (facebook lead ad) with clicksend in order to receive the leads suddently on the phone. But zapier show me this problem :  “We had trouble sending your test through. At least one message failed to send.” What this problem can be related to ?   Thank you, Matteo

Leadform to launch27

Hi, I’m new to this, im sorry about stupid question. I’m trying to catch data from leadform: Email and dropdown where they can select building size (house cleaning) The data needs to be sent to my launch27 bookingform. I thought webhooks would work and autofill the dropdown data from leadform to bookingform, but it does not work. launch27 is trigger only, is there a way to make these two forms connected?

Sendinblue fields not found when setting up trigger

Hi, I am trying to configure a Zap to trigger when a new contact is added to a Sendinblue email list. In my trigger, I can connect the Sendinblue app, select the list I want, fetch a sample record, but I cannot see all the field associated with that record. The only fields that are pulled in are: allow listed: 0 email: xxx@xxx.com id: 12345678 listid: 11 last_modified: 2020-04-09 14:17:46 allow listed_sms: 0 There are many other fields that exist in Sendinblue that are not pulled in (e.g. first_name, last_name etc.) Because they are not pulled in here, I cannot use them in my output step (sending an email using the Zapier email app). Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks, Jack

Catching error and not proceeding to next step

Hi, I need to catch an error in a module so that the Zap stops and does not go into the next step.  I am running SignNow module, and even if the Sign Now module fails, the next step (update Google Sheet module) gets executed. I want the Zap to stop when the Sign Now module fails. Update Google Sheet should be executed only when SignNow module completes successfully. Is there anyway to do this?   Thanks

Help needed with Zap to link Amazon Seller Central to Power Bi

Is it possible to use Zapier to create a zap that: 1 - For every new order created in Amazon Seller Central, create a new row in an Excel sheet. 2 - Use Power Bi to pull data from that Excel spreadsheet and refresh it regularly to allow me to create reports. I’m guessing Zapier can handle the first part, can anyone with Power Bi experience verify that part two is possible as well? Many thanks.

Zapier Help Please! Trello —> To-Do   I am looking to link my Trello to my Microsoft To-Do app. It needs to take a card in Trello and create a list item in To-Do (Including dates and details) It needs to be triggered either by a date or when I assign someone to the card.   Any thought or past experience with something like this would be very helpful 👼

How should my webhook payload be formatted to leverage line item support?

I have payload being sent to Zapier which is currently formatted as an array of objects. A very simplified version: [{"id":"asdf1234", "title":"asdf"},{"id":"asdf1235", "title":"fdsa"}] If I send this as-is to Zapier Webhook trigger, it’s being split and parsed individually (thereby using up more tasks since each object in the array triggers the zap). Is there a way to format this (I have complete control over the input) so that Zapier parses it in one big payload, but each object as a line item? Ultimately, I want to pass the data to Google Sheets, utilizing the line-item support of those actions. I’ve tried nesting the array within another object, but that wreck’s Zapier’s parsing causing the array to become one long string. Thanks!!

attempting to add a filter

I need the zap to only trigger when I add data to the "Examfx Voucher Sent" cell into a particular row. This way when its time to send the email, I want to be able add "yes" or the "date" to the spreadsheet. so my zaps will then trigger. I dont want them to trigger until that time. I have tried using a filter, as shown below, but its not working..  any ideas??? Please Help :)

WooCommerce Zapier

Hi,  My client is using WooCommerce within her website for customers to purchase a course. She wants to connect WooCommerce to her Dubsado account so when a new customer purchases the course Dubsado creates a new project.  When I tried to connect the two it asking me to install the WooCommerce Zapier extension which is about $70 AUD.  Has anyone else had to do this? I really want to confirm that this is the only way to activate the connect. Thanks

Zapier Delay: I dont want the same zap to run again for another 2 hours

Hey! Im making a zap that alerts people when new availibility happens. Everytime there is availibility a Slack message is sent and then I notify customers by Twillio. However, when there is an availibility, the slack messages happens every 5 minutes until availibility is gone.  Sometimes this could be an hour and it sends about 30 text messages to customers.  How can i limit the texts to twice per day?  Will Zapier Delay feature work for this?   I hope this is clear - if not please, i can answer questions. I urgently need to fix this!!

Problem with missing field data

Hi guys, I'm new to using Zapier, and I'm trying to automate the following process: A new task was added on TeamWork Projects (trigger) A new ticket will then be created on Freshdesk (action) My problem is in setting up the ticket creation, it asks for the email of the requester/user, a required field. However, TW does not have the data for it. Even if I added a custom field on the Task for the email, it doesn't show up on the info selections presented by TW. It would pose no problem if only one person is assigned to add tasks on TeamWork. However, that is not the case as different team members can also add tasks on a project. Is there a way on how to input the required email without actually typing it out on Zap editor?Ticket Creation

How do i have (print("Here")) from my python code displayed in "runtime_meta"?

→ I am using python in zapier and I want to debug … it seems some particular data aren’t being passed through… so i wanted to use a test … print(“I AM HERE”) … to test how it returns as an output.   → i see the output from a ‘print’ call should be returned to my  runtime_meta but I don’t see my data there   Help please and Thank you, Emeka

Trigger When Entry to Sheets Not Made during TIme Period

I need to have a zap triggered when there is NO entry made during a given period of time (X days before today’s date). I have a Sheet that collects data entered from a Form. Users are supposed to use the form to log their mood on a daily basis. I want to get notified when they did NOT do that so that I can check in with them.

Clickmeeting - integration issue

Zoom New Meeting Registrant Trigger

I’m trying to build a new Zap in Zoom. I need a Zap to be created every time a new participant signs up for a Zoom MEETING. The only Zap option is get is for a new WEBINAR and I get an error message why I try to use webinar because my account is not set up for webinar’s, only meetings.  Goal - when a new participant registers for one of my Zoom MEETINGS I need it to trigger my mailshake (already connected in Zapier) to add that participants information to a mailshake campaign.  See below in creating my Zap Zoom Choose Trigger Event (required) Search & Select … New Meeting- Triggers when a new Meeting or Webinar is created. New Recording- Triggers when a new Recording is completed for a Meeting or Webinar. New Registrant - Triggers when a new registrant is added to a Webinar. Those are the only options I have with Zoom.  I need an option that says - New Registrant - Triggers when a new registrant is added to a MEETING  Can anyone help?

Editing Gmail message in Zapier

Hi. I’m new to Zapier and I don’t do HTML code!  Or very little.  I have a zap set up to tie a FB Lead Ad Form to email me a notice of a new lead, and it’s also linked to send a Gmail message back to the respondent.  Now, I’ve created a video with the information and I want to replace most of the email text with a video thumbnail and link that to the YouTube video.  But I’m not seeing any sort of Editor palette to be able to do that, or any sort of format editing.  Heck, I can even do that here in this message! Is plain text, and HTML my only options to be able to do that and send an email back?  I haven’t tried yet, but if possible, I could insert a bitly link to the video, but I’d like to format some text and put in a thumbnail photo instead.  Or, can I possibly lay it out in Word first and then get the HTML code for that somehow, but I’d have no idea how to do that either!I appreciate any input.  Thanks in advance.
