Zoom: The app returned "Host can not register"

Hello 

I have a zap producing an error that I’ve not seen previously.

Zoom: The app returned "Host can not register:

It’s SalesForce new record create to Zoom Event Registeration with a Zapier condition that looks for a specific event name. Seems to run just fine as it is creating registration as it should but I keep getting this error via email

Also worth noting that this app was copied from another app.

Any thoughts?

Hi @justSeth 

It seems as if you are trying to register the host of the meeting.

The host cannot register for the meeting since they are the meeting host.

 

Try troubleshooting by checking how your Zap step is configured...it should by using a dynamically mapped data point to input the email address from Salesforce.

Perhaps provide screenshots of how your Zap step is configured that is returning the error.
