I have created the Zap in the screenshots below. It is triggered when someone books an appointment with me in Book Like a Boss. The Zap is intended to check and see if the person is a lead, if not it creates the lead. The second part is to create the appointment in Zoho and link it to the lead.
Everything is working except that the meeting is not linked back to the lead record. The leads name shows up in the appointment, if I click on it, it takes me to the leads record, but the open activities still shows nothing listed.
How can I connect these two records?
