Zapier filter with Intercom 'Tag added' issue

I’ve set up a Zap that goes:

  • Intercom - tag added to conversation
  • Zapier filter - tag added to conversation in Intercom
  • Dovetail - create note in Dovetail

This was working fine a couple of weeks ago, but now I am trying to replicate this in a different Zap, and I cannot select “tag added to conversation in Intercom” as an option in the Zapier Filter, despite it being the first thing that appears in the dropdown. 

 

Any ideas?

What you’re showing in that screenshot refers to the first step itself:

 

In the filter step, you’d have to choose a particular field from the Tag Added to Conversation in Intercom trigger step. Is there a field that’s missing when you try to set this up in a different Zap?

I think I figured this out! There is a ‘tag added’ filter. I ended up just going through gmail, using the automatic emails that intercom sends when you have a conversation. Thanks :)
