Zap troubleshooting - can’t link deal to activity in Pipedrive

Hello there,

We have an existing zap that works just fine but still missing one stage. The zap is between pipedrive and calendly. You can see in the loom video the zap.  Please help :)

Hi @Propedia 

Please post screenshots about how your Pipedrive Create Activity Zap step is configured.

 

You should just be able to link the Deal to the Activity by mapping the Deal ID using the ‘Custom’ mapping option.
