Zap not triggering when record is updated in Airtable

My zap works perfectly…. on test only. I have tried the basic troubleshooting: turning on and off the zap several times, checking zap history. There’s nothing there for this Zap. Waited 20-30 mins for processing. Nothing.

 

The Zap: I want an email to auto send once I update the “Status” column in Airtable. Should not send if the “Email Sent” column is checked.

 

Where should I be looking for issues?

Hi @asine 

If you configure an Airtable View with Filters, you won’t need the Filter step in the Zap:

 

Also Airtable Automations has a native Gmail Send Email action option.
