Woo Subscription to Zoho Subscription

Hi, 

 

I have managed to get this zap working however my only issue is with the required field in the Zoho side of ‘plan code’. I would have assumed that whatever Woo Subscription was purchased that would have been mapped over accordingly however it seems that for a single new subscription you can only ever have one Zoho plan code? 

 

Am I missing something. Can anyone help with this.

Hi @AaronO Thanks for your question - so that we can help with this, could you please share some more detail with us? Which trigger and action(s) are you using here? And which Zoho app are you using? It would be super helpful if you could take a screenshot of the step showing the ‘plan code’ field, so that we can understand what it looks like, thanks!
