why zapier shows stopped error on conditional runs

Hi,

I am using Conditional run option for a zap where i am adding data in google sheet and based on product name the data is passing in other softwares like sms, email nurturing etc. the process of conductional run is that either of 1 process with run and other will stop.

I am getting Zap is auto changed to off mode whenever i add more than 5 rows in google sheets, can zapier handle addition of more than 5 records in sheet?

How i can solve this issue?

  • OFF: Zaps that are turned off do not actively check for new data or perform actions.
    Zapier automatically turns your Zaps OFF for you in three situations:
    • You lose access to a paid feature the Zap uses (e.g., multi-step Zaps or premium apps) due to a trial expiration or plan downgrade.
    • Multiple errors occur each time the Zap tries to run. An email notification will be sent if a Zap is turned off due to errors.
    • You make a change to a trigger or action of the Zap. You will need to turn the Zap back on once you are done editing it.

Without being able to check the Zap itself and our detailed logs, I don’t think we’ll really be able to get to the bottom of this. I suggest getting in touch with our Support team, so they can dig into your account and see what could be causing the problem there!
