Why can’t I connect to WooCommerce while on a free trial?

I tried connecting my woocommerce powered website to Zapier but couldn't even after downloading the Zapier plugin. My free Zapier trial is still on, so, am I missing something? Or must I purchase the $59 Woocommerce Zapier addon before I can connect?
