I am using eventbrite to promote my Zoom webinar.  Get so far with moving registrants on eventbrite to Zoom  and then I get this hideous message.

 

We had trouble sending your test through.

what does it mean?  what do I do?

Hello @Hamish - Thanks for writing to us! We answered this question on another thread here.

Our Support team wanted to advise that: The error here says that since the email you're trying out on the Create Registrant step is that of the Host email - it won't allow you to register that email as a Registrant.
